To provide information, to both internal and external customers, regarding loss history, loss trends and status.
Five years P&C experience (preferable in the claims area)
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office products (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Good communication skills including both oral and written
Client service oriented
Self-motivated; ability to function independently
P&C Adjuster license
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing claim review presentations for various accounts
Utilize Carrier's online capabilities to the fullest extent, including loss run information, adjuster notes, reserves information, etc.
Building and maintaining relationships with key contacts on accounts and with our internal customers
Claims Reporting -
Gather information about losses from all involved parties
Update claims contact information
Follow all client touch point guidelines
Maintain claim history including payment amounts and reserves
Pursue personal and professional growth and development
